Payments, Pricing & Refunds

• Payments once made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Prices are subject to change for new engagements but will not affect confirmed projects.

Clients agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing malicious content, violating intellectual property rights, or engaging in activities that may harm systems, networks, or users.

Termination of Services

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Deshraj Tech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed during the project remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Deshraj Tech retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for marketing purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
